The Laowa 24mm T14 2x Macro Probe PL is one of the most unusual lenses on the cinema market, designed to capture extreme macro shots with a unique, immersive perspective. Its probe design lets you get as close as 2 cm to the subject, achieving 2:1 magnification with surprising depth of field and an unmistakable look. Thanks to its 24 mm focal length, it combines the feel of a wide angle with macro capability, showing more of the subject's surroundings — something impossible with conventional macro lenses. Its long barrel makes it easy to reach into tight or awkward spaces, making it an ideal tool for commercials, music videos, product, nature or creative visual effects. The Cine PL version is designed for professional productions, with geared focus and iris rings (0.8 mod), a precise 300° focus throw and rugged metal construction. It also has built-in front LED lighting, powered via micro-USB, that lights the focus area directly.
